Clean, friendly, reasonable and central.
Always a great stay, excellent location for central London, great value, clean and friendly stay.
Some of the refurbished rooms are better than others, the rooms that have the step into showers are not as nice as the well in showers.

An affordable option but there was never a bathroom available - I would rather just pay a little more and stay elsewhere
It was a very affordable price
I had a room with a shared bathroom option and every time I went to use the toilet it was occupied. The other guests were noisy and the walls are thin so I could hear their late night conversations. There was also a man walking around in his boxer shorts as I was walking up the stairs, which as a solo female traveller made me feel especially uncomfortable.
